I’m Ryan — a father, a chef, and someone who’s lived through my own seasons of depression, anxiety, and feeling lost. I didn’t start creating meditations because life was peaceful. I started because I needed a way to breathe again.
For years, I carried more than I ever said out loud. I worked long hours in kitchens, raised my son, and tried to hold myself together through moments that felt heavier than anyone knew. Meditation wasn’t some magical fix — it was a lifeline. A way to slow down, reconnect, and remember that I wasn’t broken… just overwhelmed.
These meditations come from that place.
Not from a guru.
Not from someone who has it all figured out.
But from someone who’s been in the dark and had to find his way back, one breath at a time.
