About Me
I’m Ryan — a father, a chef, and someone who’s lived through my own seasons of depression, anxiety, and feeling lost. I didn’t start creating meditations because life was peaceful. I started because I needed a way to breathe again.
For years, I carried more than I ever said out loud. I worked long hours in kitchens, raised my son, and tried to hold myself together through moments that felt heavier than anyone knew. Meditation wasn’t some magical fix — it was a lifeline. A way to slow down, reconnect, and remember that I wasn’t broken… just overwhelmed.
These meditations come from that place.
Not from a guru.
Not from someone who has it all figured out.
But from someone who’s been in the dark and had to find his way back, one breath at a time.
I create these recordings for people like me — people who are trying, people who are tired, people who want to feel grounded again. If you’re here, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to pretend to be okay to start healing.
